CEED Early Career Researcher Grants

The CEED internal early career researcher travel scheme is designed to enable PhD researchers and postdoctoral researchers who are already affiliated with CEED to spend 1 – 6 months visiting overseas research groups – with a preference for visits to our six overseas partner institutes. Early Career Researchers are those with less than five years full time equivalent research experience since the completion of their PhD excluding extended periods of unemployment or leave. Applications will be assessed on three criteria: quality of the applicant, collaborative relationship within CEED and quality of the proposed project.

The CEED overseas early career researcher visiting fellowship travel scheme is designed to enable PhD researchers and postdoctoral researchers from outside Australia to spend 3 – 6 months visiting two or more of the four CEED hubs: ANU, UMelb/RMIT, UQ, UWA. Early Career Researchers are those with less thank five years full time equivalent research experience since the completion of their PhD excluding extended periods of unemployment or leave. Applications will be assessed on three criteria: quality of the applicant, collaborative relationship with CEED and quality of the proposed project.
