Whilst with CEED, Emily was a Centenary Fellow at The University of Melbourne, in the School of Botany, working with Mick McCarthy, Brendan Wintle and their group. Her research focused on structured decision-making for conservation and environmental management, where the goals, constraints and uncertainties were explicit. Applications of Emily's research included threat assessment, scenario modelling, conservation planning, modelling social-ecological systems, and making decisions under uncertainty. Emily finished up with CEED in mid 2015.
